tiny instagram magnets

While perusing Pinterest the other day, I came across this tutorial for tiny polaroid magnets. Um, yes. Awesome. So today I made like 100. Go to the link for the tutorial! It's awesome.

Tips? Don't make 100. For starters, it takes a long time and also, it looks stupid to cover your entire fridge with them. Also, if you use thin enough cardboard, you can use scissors instead of an xacto knife and it will save you a couple hours. Go make some! (Or come take some of mine. I made too many.)

spring + summer 2012

Remember how I'm the worst blogger of all time? Do people blog anymore? I hate myself. This post is happening, people. Since I'm too lazy to catch you all up on my action-filled last six months, I will just post a ton of pictures. We had a pretty relaxing summer, hanging in beautiful Midway with my family. We went to the Shakespeare festival with Taylor's family and had a bard-to-the-bone time. Went to Cali in April. Ate some waffles. Won some Wicked lotteries. It was a pretty great summer. We have high hopes for Christmas in Kauai! Good thing I worked on my tan all summer. Me = so tan right now. So so tan.

young wini

In a few weeks I am going to California to celebrate my grandma Wini's 90th birthday! I get to work on the slideshow that's going to play at her birthday party. My uncle sent me a disc full of the most amazing images of my sweet grandma. This one is my favorite.

Right?! I mean seriously. Beau.ti.ful. I'll probably post a gazillion more in the next few weeks. There are some amazing shots. I can't wait to go and celebrate! I love her so much. Here are some shots of the two of us back in October at my wedding.

ben stamos

I am home sick today and started thinking about haircuts. Since I'm totally indecisive and can't decide what to do with my own hair I thought, "at least I know what I'd do to bachelor Ben's hair." The obvious choice being give him some John Stamos hair.

You're welcome, America.

So really, what should I do to my hair? Chop or no chop? Bangs or no bangs? Discuss.

Today I came across the work of Paul Ferney while perusing blogs. He painted the mini masterpiece favors found here. Is this not the cutest favor idea ever?

After drooling over the mini paintings I went on to look at some of his not mini paintings. Loved those too.

Now I just need to have a rockin' dead of winter themed party where I can make mini masterpiece favors! Who's in?
