I figured 11 months in was a good time to start posting some wedding photos! You know, when everyone has completely lost interest in us/has moved on to asking us when we're having babies. I realized today that I've only posted 7 photos from our wedding day on this blog. Out of the 527 photos we have, I have posted 1.3% of them. Now I don't want to go overwhelming anyone with a million photos from our perfect day so we'll start small and I'll continue to post them until you don't realize you have seen every last one of them.

young wini
In a few weeks I am going to California to celebrate my grandma Wini's 90th birthday! I get to work on the slideshow that's going to play at her birthday party. My uncle sent me a disc full of the most amazing images of my sweet grandma. This one is my favorite.
Right?! I mean seriously. Beau.ti.ful. I'll probably post a gazillion more in the next few weeks. There are some amazing shots. I can't wait to go and celebrate! I love her so much. Here are some shots of the two of us back in October at my wedding.
Love you grandma Wini! See you in two.

Rachel sent me these to hold me over til January 1st, upon which date I will receive all of our photos! Best New Year's present ever? Psshhyeah!
Are you guys sick of wedding photos? Are you sick of my blog? I hope not. I hope not.
Stay tuned. Tay and I are co-working (because we're good at being co-workers) on a New Year's e-card for you, our friends. Get excited! Not too excited. Crap, I've oversold it already...

juxtaposition
Hi friends! Sorry for the brief hiatus. I was in Newport Beach getting tan and fit eating and staying pale.
Saturday morning I went to breakfast with my mom and sister-in-law. It was a beautiful day so we took a little morning drive down the PCH to Laguna.
On our way back, we stopped at my favorite store in the world. Juxtaposition. It's in Crystal Cove. If I could decorate my home from anywhere, it would be here. They have some really beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces and I am obsessed with every pillow and book in the joint. Words cannot describe how much I am in love with this place.
Here are some of said pillows I am obsessed with. Since the price tag on these babies can run around $700+, my mom and I decided to make our own. For my birthday, I sent my mom some designs I came up with and she and my sister are stenciling them on burlap for me. Isn't my mom awesome? They are looking really cool and I can't wait to see them in my living room.
The rest of my trip was filled with wandering around Balboa Island and spending time with family. The trip convinced me that I officially have SAD and need to get out of Utah. It was 70 degrees the whole time and I was a very happy camper.

disneyland
So I am going to California on Friday. CAN. NOT. WAIT. It's a good thing I haven't fully unpacked from Vegas... I am practically ready to go. Anyway, I came across this rad vintage photo from simple lovely in my blog perusing today. I wasn't planning on going to Disneyland but I could really use a churro right about now.
